INFLUENCER MARKETING
Nowadays if we talk about having a positive and huge impact in our target, we must thing about influencer marketing, because customers are trusting in friends, bloggers,or stars who recommends a product, a brand, a place to visit , rather than advertisements that most of the time are tricky or full of promises that not always are reached, and this creates confusion and low credibility on brands, but once a family, a know star or even a know person on the media, customers believe in them.
First of all, a known person on the media like the examples I mentioned before, has the enough knowledge about a topic to recommends or not something, if we talk about tourism and luxury brands, these influencers have the capability to spread recommendations that can help to gain loyal customers who starts a special chain about positive comments that goes from mouth to mouth to a wide range of market impossible to reach in another way.
Second of all, advertising or traditional marketing have been removed or lost credibility because once a brand thinks in a short term, all the actions are based on gain profits rather that gain a loyal customer, then the focus of the business get lost, promises that probably are not going to happen comes out and the image and credibility falls down, as a consequence, customers doesn't trust in traditional marketing, because they feel treated.
As a conclusion I can say, influencer marketing can help a brand to grow up as much as it wants, because is like a virus that covers so much more market than the traditional, hotels and luxury brands can cover more market with persons who have thousands of followers that trust in them, in every recommendations or positive line written in a wall about a brand.
