·         It´s important to understand consumer behavior in order to know how to improve your media products and improve the match between marketing and costumers.
·         Currently, mobile devise, has grown exponential on the times.
·         Smartphones are more used than tablets.
·         Devices are not going away. They are changing not going backwards.
·         We need to know about people who are engagement with brands or services, what kind of content, what are they looking, what the devices are they using.
·         Browsers are more frequently used than apps. Or the combination.
·         Devices have peaks around 8 pm
·         Is not about the device people is using, is about the experience that they have when they’re purchasing.
·         It’s about optimizing the screen size, to have the right data at the right time.
·         Putting at the right position at the right time to have the most effectiveness.

BENEFITS OF ATTENDING THE WEBINAR:
With this webinar conference, I´ve realized how important are devices, internet, and most of it, how people is interacting with media platforms nowadays.
It’s very important for a company even if it’s small or huge, to make research and to invest in knowing where is the market, what are they doing or where are they, what are they using to get information about a product or a brand they are interested in. That way, the information and the results the companies get of their research, will give them the key to have satisfied they’re market and they’re engagement.

WHAT I WOULD DO DIFFERENT:
From my point of view, this webinar conference was very good, it led audience to participate and answer some questions, if I had to add something else, then it could be more questions to audience so they could be more involved.
